Applying for a place on the Tax Credits course

Important information - please read!

Free places are available only for voluntary and community sector employees and volunteers.
We cannot guarantee places as demand is likely to be very high. We will allocate places on a strictly firstcome, first-served basis. We will write to you offering you a place.
We reserve the right to limit the number of places allocated to individual organisations.
Booked and confirmed places which are not taken up are subject to a ‘no show' fee. Please see application form for details.
Lunch will not be provided. However, as far as possible venues will be provided with refreshments and conveniently located for both food and transport.

To book a place, fill in the application form below. If using the Excel spreadsheet to book, ensure you save the completed form before emailing it back to the address on the form. Please make a note of your first, second and third choice of dates and location to attend before filling in the form, as the available dates and locations will not show up automatically.
