Journalists often want to interview single parents for press, tv and radio stories about one parent family life. It could be that they're reporting a news story about tax credits or the CSA, or writing a feature about childcare and the work/life balance.

Our 'media database' includes single parents who are willing, in principle, to be interviewed. Would you like to join? If you're happy to be named and have your pic in the paper or on TV and would like the chance to talk about the reality of life as a single parent, let us know.

Your contact details would not be given to journalists without your prior permission and you would be briefed by our press officer before being interviewed. You can find out more about what's involved by emailing our press officer jane@oneparentfamilies.org.uk.
