We think that these proposals may make life more difficult for lone parents, and will not help them to find jobs. But in order to convince Government, we need to hear from you. If you think these proposals will affect you, please:- Write to the Policy team at One Parent Families|Gingerbread, 255 Kentish Town Road, London, NW5 2LX or email info@oneparentfamilies.org.uk. In Scotland, write to One Parent Families Scotland, 13 Gayfield Square, Edinburgh EH1 3NX or email info@opfs.org.uk. Your experiences and opinions are important when we talk to Government.

- Write to your local Member of Parliament with your concerns. If you know who your MP is, the address is House of Commons, Westminster, London SW1A 2AA. If you don't know who your MP is you can call the House of Commons on 020 7219 3000 and tell them where you live. Or you can go to www.writetothem.com.
