Paul gained 23% of the overall vote with his inspiring story about battling through bereavement.

Paul was nominated by his three sons Matthew (10) Adam (13) and Daniel (15). Paul’s wife died after a four- year battle with cancer. He gave up his job to look after his three young sons and is a part time volunteer for the all weather Fishguard lifeboat.

On hearing the news Paul said “I am absolutely delighted. I never expected to get this far not in a million years”

Paul won a 14-day Eurocamp holiday.
