When you contact us we will collect personal data to enable us to send you publications and to keep you informed about news and issues that are relevant to lone parents and their families. If you are taking out membership or buying our publications we need to take your address, e-mail address (if you have one) and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. Web site When you contact us via our web site, we ask for your e-mail address. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our web site. We may use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the web site, as well as new One Parent Families\|Gingerbread services, events and special offers.
