Many trusts and foundations choose to donate to One Parent Families. Their support varies - some support specific projects or local regions that we work in, whereas other decide to just support our work in general.

We are extremely grateful for all their support.

During the last year, support from trusts and foundations has allowed us to:

Run a volunteering project for lone parents in our London office. All volunteers now have an IT qualification, and more importantly have the skills and confidence that they need to seek permanent paid employment. (Supported by the Esmeé Fairbairne Foundation)

Funded the cost of a Helpline worker who provides vital support and advice to lone parents who are often trying hard to come to terms with a myriad of complex emotional and financial worries. (Supported by the Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales)
