Virtual Gingerbread Groups, by carrying the Gingerbread name, are associated with the charity One Parent Families|Gingerbread. While such an association exists, One Parent Families|Gingerbread has the right to be involved in moderation, to refuse publication of material submitted or to remove material submitted to the Group. Also, Group members must not publish material that is counter to One Parent Families|Gingerbread’s charitable objectives – see www.oneparentfamilies.org.uk/mission.

Do not post commercial mail, commonly known as ‘spam’. Members who persist in posting spam will be excluded.

Obscene or abusive messages or personal attacks on other users will be removed.

While disagreements are a reasonable part of discussion, we will remove posts that have a threatening tone or that are likely to cause serious offence. This includes posts containing racism, sexism or homophobia.

By submitting material to the Group, you grant One Parent Families|Gingerbread permission to contact you by e-mail regarding your use of the Group and the material you have submitted.

One Parent Families|Gingerbread accepts no liability in respect of the content and accuracy of any material submitted by users of this forum.

Any content that may put One Parent Families|Gingerbread in legal jeopardy (such as potentially libellous or defamatory postings) will be removed.
