This email service is for lone parents and carers living in the City of Manchester who have the main care of a dependent child/ren and are parenting on their own.

We cannot reply to enquiries from anyone else, but if you are a lone parent outside the City of Manchester, please telephone the Lone Parent Helpline on 0800 018 5026 whose staff can give information and advice to callers from anywhere in Great Britain.
