Making a complaint about the City of Manchester email advice service

E-mail service for Lone Parents in the City of Manchester provided by the Lone Parent Helpline

This email advice service is for lone parents† in the City of Manchester, or someone emailing on their behalf. If you do not live in the City of Manchester, we are not able to respond to your email enquiry.

We aim to reply to your email enquiry within five working days and will do our best to to provide advice and information to assist you with your problem.

If you have a complaint about this email advice service or about the Lone Parent Helpline, please email:

In order to enable us to deal with your complaint, please include your name, address and state the nature of your complaint.

We will respond to your complaint within 10 working days.

If you have a complaint relating to another aspect of the work of One Parent Families|Gingerbread, please ring the organisation on 020 7428 5400 and ask to speak to the relevant head of department.
