Confidentiality of service user details

Our email advice service is confidential and your details will not be shared with anyone else except as follows:

Risk of harm
If there is a life threatening situation, or a child or adult is felt to be at risk of significant harm, we may disclose information to the relevant statutory authority without permission.

Legislative framework
One Parent Families|Gingerbread is registered under the Data Protection Act. We are bound by the requirements of the Children's Acts and Prevention of Terrorism legislation.
